20 Nov Chocolate PB Marble Mug Cake
Mug cakes make up a significant portion of my diet... and rightly so! What's not to love about a completely healthy cake, turned into whatever flavour you feel like, whipped up in the some total of 5 minutes. Plus there is no mess to clean up because its a one mug show! I make mine supperrrr high protein so they are basically a protein shake in a cooked form and I AM THERE FOR IT.
You obviously don't need to A) marble yours, or B) make it both choc and PB flavour. I just dont like having to choose so I take both! You could just pick one or get creative and make it any flavour you like.
Also I tried to make these measurements just in spoons so that no scale is needed either.
Chocolate PB Marble Mug Cake
Put your pumpkin/banana in a mug and mash with a fork. Add milk and egg and mix.
Add the rest of the ingredients except the cocoa powder. Mix well.
Add an extra tbsp or 2 of milk if it gets too thick.
Split mix into two. Add cocoa powder to one half.
Add alternating layers back to your mug.
Microwave for 1:30 - 2 minutes.
Top with yogurt and drizzles!
