As a self confessed choc-a-holic, I know I am probably biased to favouring this recipe from the get go! But honestly, it is just so so quick and easy, and it's a fabulous way to add some protein and micronutrients to your much loved choccie. It doesn't really even count as baking, so you literally cannot mess it up either.
Pretty Protein Chocolate Bark
Melt the chocolate in the microwave or over a double boiler. If using the microwave, stop and stir it regularly to prevent it burning.
Once melted, stir in your coconut oil.
Add protein powder and cocoa powder.
Line a tray with some grease proof paper and pour your chocolate on, making swirling motions to spread it out.
Sprinkle with your toppings of choice.
Let harden in the fridge. Break into shards and enjoy!
