Chocolate PB Marble Mug Cake

15 g Protein powder (1 scoop/2 tbsp), I used whey
100 g steamed pumpkin or mashed banana
2 tbsp coconut flour
1 tsp ground flaxseed
1 tbsp flour/oat flour/buckwheat flour
1 tbsp xylitol
½ tsp baking powder
¼ tsp salt
1 egg (or 2 egg whites)
4 tbsp milk
1 tbsp peanut butter
1 tbsp cocoa powder
Put your pumpkin/banana in a mug and mash with a fork. Add milk and egg and mix.
Add the rest of the ingredients except the cocoa powder. Mix well.
Add an extra tbsp or 2 of milk if it gets too thick.
Split mix into two. Add cocoa powder to one half.
Add alternating layers back to your mug.
Microwave for 1:30 - 2 minutes.
Top with yogurt and drizzles!
