Bacon & Banana Blondies

Dry mix
 80 g self raising flour (GF if desired)
 60 g coconut flour
 20 g flaxseed flour
 50 g whey protein powder
 50 g xylitol
 1 tsp baking powder
 ½ tsp salt
 1 tsp cinnamon
Wet mix (to blend)
 240 g rinsed and drained tinned chickpeas (1 tin)
 2 eggs
 360 ml milk
 200 g banana
 1 tbsp peanut butter
 1 tsp vanilla extract
 sweetener drops (optional)
Stir in
 75 g chocolate chips (SF if desired)
 100 g cooked and diced bacon
 chopped nuts (optional)

Combine dry ingredients in a bowl and mix.


Combine wet ingredients in a blender and blend.


Pour wet ingredients into dry while stirring.


Stir in additional extras.
