5 Minute Protein Pancakes

To blend
 ½ banana (50g) (can sub pumpkin or sweet potato)
 1 whole egg
 2 egg whites
 30 g whey protein powder
 40 g gluten free self raising flour (can sub oats, just increase baking powder by 1/2 tsp)
 1 tsp baking powder
  tsp salt
 1 tsp vanilla extract
 1 tsp liquid sweetener of choice (like stevia) - to taste
 1 tsp psyllium husk (optional)
Optional additions
 1 tsp cinnamon
 ½ cup blueberries
 40 g chocolate chips

Combine 'to blend' ingredients in a blender and blend.


Add in any additional add ins of choice. Taste and adjust sweetness/flavours as desired.


Cook on a greased pan over a medium heat.
